spend既是及物動詞也是不及物動詞，作及物動詞時意為“度過，消磨（時光）；花費；浪費；用盡”，作不及物動詞時意為“花錢；用盡，耗盡”。spend還可以用作名詞，作名詞時意為“預算”。

1、spend time ／money on sth.在……上花費時間（金錢）

例：I spent two hours on this maths problem.這道數(shù)學題花了我兩個小時。
